Association

Zweck des Vereins ist die Förderung von Forschung, Lehre, Studium und Vermittlung auf Fachgebieten, welche vorrangig die Bukowina zum Gegenstand haben, insbesondere die Erforschung und Dokumentation der Geschichte, Landeskunde und Kultur der Bukowina (mitbesonderer Berücksichtigung des deutschen Anteils) in internationaler und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit von Geistes- und Naturwissenschaftlern, insbesondere Historikern, Literatur-und Sprachwissenschaftlern, Volkskundlern, Geographen, Soziologen, Politologen und Theologen aller Konfessionen sowie die Wahrung des Erbes der Bukowinadeutschen.
